Things Change

The guy behind the guy. I suppose that could be me if my now pregnant wife has a boy come this September. OO! Yes and then those things, they are a changin'. And by things, I mean, well, every-things. Of course I listen to the advice and the stories of others and their pregnancies and child rearing and such and I wonder how different and the same mine will be. I only hope and pray that the resources and facilities that are required to do said raising of the child are available to 'Mom' and 'Dad' as we will come to be known. But that is entirely up to me, essentially, no pressure. There will be help and donations and gifts to the new little one and their sleep deprived parents and that will be a great help but what it comes down to, so I've heard, is the dedication and love that erupts once that day comes. And it will. And we will. And even then, things change. But now, it's not every-things. The love and dedication will always remain. But, as Bob said: "Your sons and your daughters are beyond your commands...".
